This notice describes this version of the Tern & Loom website. Tern & Loom receives project inquiries at hello@ternandloom.com through the contact form.
Project briefs
When you submit a brief, we receive your name, work email, company, selected team size and industry, workflow description, tools, desired outcome, and submission reference. We use these details to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Your email is set as Reply-To so we can respond directly. Please avoid confidential files and sensitive personal data.
Vercel hosts the website and processes the form request. Google Workspace sends and stores the resulting email in our mailbox. We do not store inquiries in a separate website database. The function temporarily keeps a submission reference and content fingerprint to reduce duplicate sending within a running instance; it does not intentionally log the content of your brief. Inquiry emails remain in our mailbox until deleted. You may request access, correction, or deletion using the privacy contact below, subject to any retention obligations.
Calculator and demonstration
The calculator uses your input values in the browser. The workflow demonstration uses fictional sample data and deterministic rules. Neither tool calls a model provider or connects to a client business system.
Hosting and technical requests
Your browser requests pages, scripts, styles, and self-hosted fonts from the website host. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request logs, authentication information, and security data under its own terms and privacy practices. A private preview may require you to sign in through the hosting provider.
Analytics, cookies, and external links
This website does not add analytics, advertising trackers, marketing cookies, or embedded third-party videos. The hosting provider may use cookies or similar technology for access and security. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices. The form uses server validation, a signed form token, a hidden spam field, and Vercel request limits to reduce abuse. Vercel may process IP addresses and security logs for this purpose.
Your choices
You can use the informational pages without submitting a brief. Before submission, you can clear the form by reloading or closing the page, subject to your browser’s form-restoration behavior. Closing the page does not delete an email that has already been sent. You control any downloaded file and copied text. Do not include information you are not authorized to share.
